OUSD Welcome Center

All enrollment for Hillcrest happens through OUSD's Student Welcome Center. Applications happen via Enrollwise. You can go to the OUSD enrollment page for more details.

School Tours

School tours for 2026-27 prospective families are in person. You will have the opportunity to meet Principal Hatch and tour Hillcrest (please note tours are for parents/guardians only). School tour dates are as follows:

• Monday, November 17, 2025 - 10- 11am
• Thursday December 11, 2025 - 10- 11am
• Monday January 12, 2026 - 5-6pm (virtual)
• Thursday January 22, 2026 - 10-11am
• Monday March 30, 2026- 10-11am (admitted families)

Keep in Mind

TK students enrolled at Hillcrest and attending Kaiser ECE are guaranteed spots in Hillcrest's Kindergarten class. 

All matriculating K-7th graders are guaranteed a spot in the subsequent grade and do not need to apply, including 5th graders moving into Hillcrest middle school. 

Spots are limited for students entering Hillcrest at grades other than kindergarten.
